The newly opened Dogwood Manor just off the Park Road in Van Buren County evokes a sense of charming calm to everyone that passes it. Dogwood Manor is located just past the North side entrance to Fall Creek Falls State Park just before Highway 30. On July 4, 2006 the newly built Dogwood Manor opened. Owners, B.J. and Janice Starnes had nothing more than a vision and a drawing on a piece of paper when they began building this house over a year ago. Dogwood Manor host four suites, 2 small and 2 large, each with a living room area and bedroom. Each suite is fully designed with a Queen Bed, TV, microwave, sofa, refrigerator, ceramic tile, and French Doors opening onto the large front porch. Each suite can be rented separately or can be unlocked so all four suites can be accessed by a large group. Each suite is decorated in a classic style complete with hand-sewn comforters. |
